Women in Brewing Girl Scout Cookie & Beer Pairing!

Spring is almost here, which also means it’s time for Girl Scout Cookies! And what better way to enjoy them than with some of your favorite craft beer?
Craft beer can complement so many different types of food, cookies included. Sweet stouts, malty ales, and citrusy IPAs can really accentuate the Girl Scout cookie flavors you know and love.
We’re taking this one step further during Women’s History Month since Girl Scouts are about building girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place. Many of those woman role models are brewing your favorite beers or working other brewing roles in local breweries, so all of our draft lines today will come from breweries that have woman brewers or are woman owned.
Our first beer to announce for pairing will be this year’s Pink Boot’s Society beer, a red ale brewed with Seldom Brewing Company. There will be three other beers with a cookie to pair, plus the entire draft list will be made by women and/or women-owned breweries. Mark your calendars to come join us!
